All rates are for Refrigerated Beer Trailer only:

Regular Season:

$250/day
$450 for a weekend (drop off Friday, pick up Sunday)
$650 for a week
Not currently available for Home Illini Football gamedays.

Off Season (Third Weekend of October Through May 1st)

$200/day
$400 for the weekend
$600 for a week

Delivery and Pickup
(Mandatory – Trailer cannot be moved by Renter from drop-off location due to liability issues):

$50 to event within Champaign County
$100 to event within 30 miles of the City of Champaign but outside of the county
$200 to event within 60 miles of the City of Champaign but outside the county

Trailer Information:

Trailer will come supplied with CO₂ and all necessary equipment to function.

Trailer has 4 beer taps and can carry up to 7 half barrels (full sized kegs) of beer.

Trailer will require access to a grounded electrical outlet or generator to power the refrigeration.  Generator is not included.
